Studio
STUDIO is perfectly equipped to welcome you during your stay in Cognac: a large, comfortable bed (160 x 200 cm), a private bathroom with a large shower, a high-top desk for working or eating, and a small kitchenette for preparing meals or breakfast.
The kitchenette is equipped with induction hob with hood, fridge, combi oven/microwave and all the necessary equipment. Facilities include a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
STUDIO is air-conditioned, and has a large 43” 4K TV. The apartment measures 25 m².
Supérieur
SUPÉRIEUR offers an attractive 30 m² surface area. The comfortable bedding is 180 x 200 cm.
SUPÉRIEUR has a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, cooktop with extractor hood and all the necessary appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine. A bar provides comfortable seating for meals or work.
The private bathroom has a large shower.
SUPÉRIEUR is air-conditioned and features a comfortable sitting area. Finally, a large 50” 4K flat-screen TV lets you enjoy your favorite programs.
Exécutif
EXECUTIF is very spacious (35 m²). Spaces are clearly delineated for maximum comfort.
Facilities include: king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, cooker hobs with hood, Nespresso coffee machine and all kitchen equipment.
The private bathroom has a large shower.
EXECUTIF is air-conditioned, and features an office area for relaxed working. A bar separates the space between the kitchen and the bedroom, so you can enjoy your meals in comfort. There’s also a large 43” flat-screen 4K TV.
Junior Suite
JUNIOR SUITE is a beautifully decorated two-room apartment, with a comfortable bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed), a private bathroom with a large shower, a toilet separate from the bathroom, a kitchenette and a living room with a comfortable sofa.
The bedroom and living room each feature a large 43“” 4K TV and air conditioning.
The kitchenette is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, hob and extractor hood. Appliances include a NESPRESSO machine and everything you need for cooking and breakfast.
A small bar between the living room and kitchenette provides a place to sit down for meals.
Suite
SUITE is the flagship of the 67 VICTOR HUGO apartments: it’s a lovely, bright 2-room apartment with a comfortable bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed), a private bathroom with a large shower, a separate toilet, a kitchen and a living room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed.
The bedroom has a 43“ 4K TV and the living room a 50” 4K TV. Both rooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, hob, extractor hood and dishwasher. Appliances include a NESPRESSO machine and everything you need for cooking and breakfast.
A bar between the living room and the kitchen is ideal for meals with friends or for working.
